Last night was exhausting but so fun! We spent the evening moving things from Mike’s home office to his new and fancy office/warehouse!! 2 U-Hauls full! I had never ridden in one before!
We work, work, worked away but took a quick break to get some healthy Panera options for dinner since it was close by! We both are trying to be focused and super duper healthy after our indulgent trip!
I ordered the Caesar salad and chicken noodle soup with a whole grain baguette on the side! So filling and good to the last bite! I am obsessed with that bread!
I will tease you of just a quick before shot of the office with all the stuff piled in and nothing set up!
I promised you all a recipe yesterday and I think I have it down! If you love pumpkin, overnight oats, and a filling morning meal you are in luck! I love this concoction because it tastes like cold pumpkin pie… mmmmmm!!
Dannon Light & Fit – Greek Nonfat Yogurt Vanilla, 5.3 oz
Libby’s – Canned Pumpkin, 1/3 cup
Walnuts Large Halves, 1/4 cup
Almond Breeze – Vanilla, Unsweetened ,1/4 cup
Quaker Oats – Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup uncooked
Cinnamon to taste
Simply mix all wet ingredients until well combined.
Add oats, mix well.
Add as much or as little cinnamon as you would like to taste and combine with all other ingredients.
Put in container and allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator until the oats absorb the liquid and gets creamy.
Top with walnuts and enjoy!
