Hey Guys! Happy Tuesday! Boy do I have a delicious recipe for you today and it is healthy too!
I love the fresh taste of pumpkin, it just brings happy memories to mind when I eat it and immediately think of Thanksgiving with family and happiness!
With the hot summer here and in full force I have been forced to bring smoothies into the morning breakfast rotation! This smoothie can be made in a cinch and will keep you full for hours! With all the protein from the protein powder and greek yogurt, this is a power packed meal!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 6 ice cubes
- cinnamon to taste
- vanilla greek yogurt
- banana (optional) makes it thicker
Mix milk and protein powder together first to removed clumps.
You may need to stir halfway through to make sure the whole mixture gets incorporated!
Last, pour into your cup or bowl and enjoy!
