Weekly Meal and Fitness plan!!

Hey guys! Monday’s are always rough. I wanted to brighten it though by making a positive start to the week and show you my meal and fitness plan!
  • Breakfast: 2 ingredient pancake
  • Lunch: Chicken on salad
  • Dinner Leftovers from last night’s date and a salad
  • Fitness: SSU week 4 and elliptical hills
  • B:Breakfast Cookie
  • L: Tuna on Salad
  • D: Breakfast for dinner quesadilla
  • F: Yoga and 40 minute Steady State
  • B:Breakfast Cookie
  • L: BBQ Chicken and Sweet Potato
  • D: Chipotle Salad
  • F: Active recovery biking and AM yoga
  • B:Oatmeal
  • L: TJ’s stuffed shells
  • D: Subway
  • F: SSU week 4 and elliptical hills
  • B:Oats in a Jar
  • L: Grilled Chicken Salad
  • D: Chicken Caesar Wrap
  • F: Easy cardio
  • B:Breakfast casserole
  • L: Salad
  • D: TJ Rockwell’s out to dinner
  • F: College Alumni Field hockey game and SSU week 4

    • Mash a very ripe banana with 2 eggs and scramble until smooth. You can add flax chia or cinnamon and some stevia if you’d like. In a skillet on low cook like a pancake. I always top with peanut butter but the options are endless!
