Happy Labor Day Friends! And a very happy birthday to my Daddio!!

Today we are off to celebrate my dad’s birthday with a big yummy meal with my family!! I am so excited! He is the best dad ever and deserves to be celebrated! Love you Dad!!

Monday:

  • B: Eggs and breakfast potatoes
  • L: Leftovers from our roasted chicken
  • D: Bday meal with my family!
    E: Jillian’s Yoga Meltdown

 

Tuesday:

  • B: Sandwich thin with Almond butter and banana
  • L: Roasted chicken on a salad
  • D: Brinner
    E: HITT on elliptical and Kettle bell DVD

 

  • Wednesday:
  • B: Oatmeal
  • L: Salad with Veggie burger
  • D: Subway
    E: SSU week 2 and HITT on Bike

 

  • Thursday:
  • B: Sandwich thin with Almond butter and banana
  • L: Salad with Tuna
  • D: Crockpot dinner
    E: Walk and Talk, Yoga, HITT on elliptical

 

Friday:

  • B: 2 Ingredient Pancake
  • L:  Southwest Salad
  • D: Out to dinner
    E: Circuit workout and elliptical

 

Saturday:

  • B: Oatmeal
  • L:  Panera
  • D: Out to dinner
    E: Yoga and Spin

 

Sunday:

  • B: Sandwich thin with Almond butter and banana
  • L: Salad
  • D: Football Food!
    E: OFF
