Weekly Meal and Fitness Plan!

Howdy friends! Here we are at the beginning of a beautiful week! It’s going to be in the 70’s and sunny all week and weekend and I’m thrilled! I definitely need to get some long walks in while the weather is this gorgeous!

What did you do to celebrate the first day of fall!? I’ve made a mental list if things I want to do and ill be sure to share them with you!

I decided to once again share with you my weekly meal and fitness plan as this week is a little but hectic for me. This will help keep me organized and accountable!

Monday-
B- egg sandwich
L- Kashi chicken enchilada
D- grilled chicken and shrimp
W- upper body strength and 25 minutes intervals on elliptical

Ps.. just look how yummy that egg sandy was!

Tuesday-
B-overnight oats
L-chicken and sweet potato wedges
D-out to dinner with a friend
W- yoga DVD and elliptical 40 minutes

Wednesday-
B-overnight oats
L-chicken salad
D-chipotle
W- full body circuit workout

Thursday-
B- oatmeal
L-chicken and sweet potato wedges
D-subway
W- elliptical HITT lower body workout

Friday-
B-2 ingredient pancake if bananas get ripe or oatmeal
L-chicken and quinoa salad
D- ladies night out!
W- kettle bell DVD and elliptical

Saturday-
B-eggs
L-out to lunch (shopping day!)
D- out to dinner
W- spinning and long walk maybe yoga too!
