Howdy friends! Here we are at the beginning of a beautiful week! It’s going to be in the 70’s and sunny all week and weekend and I’m thrilled! I definitely need to get some long walks in while the weather is this gorgeous!

I decided to once again share with you my weekly meal and fitness plan as this week is a little but hectic for me. This will help keep me organized and accountable!
B- egg sandwich
L- Kashi chicken enchilada
D- grilled chicken and shrimp
W- upper body strength and 25 minutes intervals on elliptical
W- full body circuit workout
L-chicken and sweet potato wedges
W- elliptical HITT lower body workout
B-2 ingredient pancake if bananas get ripe or oatmeal
L-chicken and quinoa salad
D- ladies night out!
W- kettle bell DVD and elliptical
L-out to lunch (shopping day!)
D- out to dinner
W- spinning and long walk maybe yoga too!
