Weekly Meal Plan

Hey Everyone! I hope you are all having wonderful weekends!! Today’s Elf for Health challenge is to meal plan for the week so I thought I would pop in and give you mine. My week is very busy so convenience is the answer! Luckily, I have a lot of food on hand that is quick and easy for me! Quick to prepare and healthy as well!

Monday:

B-Oatmeal

L-Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt Chicken Poblano meal

D-Salmon burger and risotto

Tuesday:

B-Peanut butter and banana sandwich thin

L-Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt ziti

D-Salmon burger and sweet potato tots

Wednesday:

B-Oatmeal

L-Trader Joe’s Reduced Guilt Macaroni and Cheese

D-Baked Chicken

Thursday:

B-Peanut butter and banana sandwich thin

L-Trader Joe’s Enchilada

D-Salmon burger and risotto

Friday:

B-Peanut butter and banana sandwich thin

L-Office Christmas Luncheon

D-Out to dinner with the Fam!!
