En fuego elliptical workout!

Hey everyone! I am currently en route to Richmond to visit my family for the holidays and I wanted to pop in and give you an amazing workout I created last week!

Are you in a workout rut? Do you get bored easily? Do you like to switch things up?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions I have a workout you need to try! This elliptical workout will keep you interested, sweaty, and torching the calories!

Set your elliptical to manual and make a 40 minute time limit. There are 4 circuits to this workout.

Circuit 1 10 minutes:

Start at a warm up pace for 3 minutes. from minutes 3-7 complete a tabata interval. Focus on the RPM, aim to increase the working speed by 30 from your recovery pace. Recover at a moderate pace for the last 3 minutes close to 55-60 RPM.

Circuit 2 10 minutes:

HITT. For this entire circuit go hard! 30 seconds on and 30 off! Keep those eyes glued on the RPM.

Circuit 3 10 minutes:

Recovery for 3 minutes. From minutes 33-37 complete another tabata interval. Focus on the RPM, aim to increase the working speed by 30 from your recovery pace. Recover at a moderate pace for the last 3 minutes close to 55-60 RPM.

Circuit 4 10 minutes:

HITT. For the first 5 minutes of this circuit go hard! 30 seconds on and 30 off! For the last 5 minutes take a recovery and begin to cool down! You’re done!! Congrats!!
