{Tasty Tuesday} Vanilla Bean Smoothie

I don’t know what it is, but even in days like today’s 8* a creamy smoothie can do the trick in the morning! Especially a creamy, vanilla, cinnamon smoothie that tastes like a milk shake and keeps you full for hours!

With all the snow we’ve had on the ground I was inspired to make a white themed breakfast! photo 4 (7)


In a blender combine:vanilla smoothie 001

  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Muscle Milk Light Vanilla Cream protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp light maple syrup

Pour in a bowl and eat it like a cold soup or slurp away like it is your favorite milkshake!
