Spark prints and the dentist

Hi friends!

How are ya!? We got yet another round of snow this week. Luckily it didn’t cause as much disruption as the other storms this year but it did leave a pretty blanket of white in the ground!

Spark even left some tracks!

He really hates this weather and I hope the ground hog shows signs of spring ahead when he pops up on Sunday morning!

I had an appointment at the dentist this morning which meant I got to sleep in a little! Partayyyyyy!
I woke up and made a relaxing breakfast at home of my favorite pancake!

Believe it or not but I couldn’t even finish it today! Now that’s a good breakfast! Clean too!!!

I was able to get get my workout in this morning before work too which was nice! Another shape up workout! Loving them even if my stupid foot isn’t!

At the dentist I got great results! No cavities here! woo! But they always suggest the night guard for me. Any other teeth grinders out there? When I am stressed good sleep is the first thing to go and I know I grind the crap out of my teeth when I wake up with a sore jaw! Lol! The over the counter guard always pops out over night! But I’d rather spend the few hundred they charge for the dental guard on new clothes. Oh well. Hehe.

I worked the afternoon away and spent the evening relaxing with Mike and grabbing subway for a quick and healthy dinner.

Tonight my grandma is coming over to have cake to celebrate my birthday with me! Let e festivities continue!!! πŸ™‚

I’ve been told I have to get a mouth guard too:-( they have quoted me $600 (Australian) and that is with my private health insurance as well 😦 I’ve been putting it off as I’m getting married in June so trying to save as much money as possible so will look at getting it after that. I wish I didn’t grind my teeth.

    Love your blog πŸ™‚

I just sprung for the mouth guard (it was $150 with my insurance) and I have to say, it stays put and isn’t as uncomfortable as I thought. Since they mold it to your teeth, it fits really well and I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and don’t notice it anymore!
