Spice up your spring workouts!

Hi friends! Happy Thursday! I’m here today to share some tips on spicing up your spring workouts! With warm weather approaching its easy to want to out off your workout in favor for outdoor fun. But, if you switch things up and get fit for swimsuit season try these out!!!

1. Get outside!
-run
-walk
-swim
-bike
-find a new route
-use your pretty green yard for a fun spin on a circuit workout

2. Try a new fitness class!
-barre
-body pump
-circuit training
-outdoor yoga

3. Grab a buddy!
-join a running club
-walk and talk with a friend
-go for an evening stroll with your love!

4. Play with your kids or do more outdoor yard work!

5. Break out of your comfort zone!
-take a hike
-start a sport -tennis-volleyball
-train for a race

I hope this list inspires you to try at least one new thing this spring! Now get out there and soak up the sun!!!!
