Repeat each circuit 4 times before moving onto the next! This entire workout only takes 16 minutes! Can’t beat that!!!

20 second Goblet squat
10 second rest
20 second Ski twist jumps
10 second rest

20 second Kettle bell swing and switch
10 second rest
20 second Quick feet
10 second rest

20 second Burpees
10 second rest
20 second Jump rope
10 second rest

20 second Butt kicks
10 second rest
20 second Mountain climbers
10 second rest
