Weekly meal plan 7-7-14

Hi guys! Did you have a nice weekend? I sure did! Our Fourth of July celebration involved lots of fun at the pool with our friends!

I think all the fireworks scared sparky so much he was up all night every night this weekend. He spent a lot of yesterday napping!


We are leaving for vacation on Friday night so Mike and I decided to be really focused this week with clean eating! I have to admit I’ve been slacking since we got engaged. Everything has felt like a celebration! I’m so ready to eat up on some veggies!!!

Breakfasts- PB on wheat English muffins, Kashi go lean cereal

Snacks- carrots, cucumbers, bananas, almonds

Lunches- chicken, fajita veggies, steamed broccoli with brown rice

Dinners- chicken on flavorful salads!

I’m really excited to fuel my body better, have more energy, and start feeling better!
