I’m finding it helpful to document my eats more to keep me more accountable. Below are my meals from yesterday!
For breakfast I had a recovery smoothie with protein powder, almond milk, a banana, and some frozen berries. This was the perfect post workout smoothie after my Yoga Meltdown DVD!
I forgot to take a picture of my snacks but i had some broccoli and carrots with Mediterranean hummus from Trader Joes!
Lunch was a salad with grilled chicken just like yesterday but this time I had lite Caesar dressing!
Ancient Grains chips on the side!
Dinner was another Trader Joe’s creation!
Dessert was a few peanut MMs that went unpictured. I couldn’t resist!!!
